Each individual may hold only one registered account on k9wn. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. k9wn reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any bonuses or winnings associated with them.
All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. k9wn will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account details provided by the user.

The k9wn Platform is strictly available to individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. k9wn reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the User is found to be underage. Any winnings accrued on an underage Account will be voided and the deposited funds returned minus any bonuses received.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested during the registration process. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the k9wn Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. k9wn employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, k9wn reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus activity on those accounts.
k9wn is required to verify the identity of all Account holders prior to processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, driver's licence, or other acceptable identification. Additional proof of address or proof of payment method may also be requested. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by k9wn will result in your withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k9wn login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. k9wn will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted on your Account using your credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify k9wn immediately via Live Chat.
All k9wn Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, game stakes, winnings, and bonus values are expressed in PKR. Currency conversion rates applied to any international payment method will be determined at the time of the transaction and are non-negotiable once applied.
k9wn reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where k9wn reasonably suspects or determines that the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct, or where suspension or closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory obligation. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the User, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting k9wn's support team via Live Chat. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

The minimum deposit amount on k9wn is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks under k9wn's KYC and anti-money laundering obligations. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in the same name as the k9wn Account holder.
Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 5 to 20 minutes of the request being submitted, subject to verification status. Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and MCB are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours during normal banking hours. k9wn does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by the payment processor, recipient bank, or any third-party financial institution.
The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:
k9wn operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. k9wn reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into any Account where the volume or pattern of deposits gives rise to AML concerns. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in a withdrawal hold or Account suspension.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by k9wn are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this Section 5. Where any conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a k9wn Account are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the bonus. Bonus Funds that remain unwagered at the expiry of the validity period will be automatically removed from the Account without replacement.
k9wn reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are available to individual Account holders only. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Where k9wn reasonably believes that a user has opened multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times, all associated accounts may be closed and all bonus-derived winnings voided.
Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake toward the wagering requirement. Live dealer games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. The specific contribution rates for each game category will be stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed on games with 0% contribution will not count toward the wagering requirement, regardless of the outcome.
Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated using Bonus Funds is capped at five times (5x) the value of the original bonus credited. In the event of a technical failure, network disruption, or software malfunction that interrupts a game round or sportsbook event, k9wn will endeavour to resolve the issue and settle affected bets fairly. Where a round or bet cannot be completed due to a technical failure not attributable to the User, the original stake will be returned. k9wn shall not be liable for any alleged loss of winnings arising from a technical failure beyond the return of the stake placed.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k9wn Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k9wn shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the User's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from technical failures or service interruptions.
k9wn's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
k9wn does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. It is the User's responsibility to ensure that their device and network environment is secure prior to accessing the Platform.

Your continued use of the k9wn Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.
